- In a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
- As part of your own product name, business name, domain name or social media handle.
- In a modified, distorted or recoloured form.
What you may do
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial reference — for example, printing the specification or the care instructions for the product you have bought.
You may quote short extracts for the purposes of review, comment, news reporting or teaching, provided you attribute the source and link back to the page you took it from.
What you may not do

Reporting infringement
We take intellectual property seriously in both directions. If you believe that material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to support@globalswanky.com with the subject line "DMCA notice", including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you say is infringing, with enough detail — a URL is ideal — for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We investigate every properly submitted notice and will remove or disable access to material that is found to be infringing.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
