The S12 comes with a 12-month warranty. If your unit malfunctions under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Consumables and accessories are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, transportation damage, or damage caused by pets — for example chewing or urination on the unit itself.

Remove the unit from the packaging, insert the four support legs, and place the waste container. Then plug it in and the device automatically aligns itself. The quick-start guide in the box covers it in full.

Place the S12 on a flat, stable surface. Avoid soft or uneven floors, and keep it indoors away from direct sunlight and open flames for best performance.

Yes. Plug the adapter into the unit and into the outlet. Once connected, the device adjusts the litter chamber to its default position within about two minutes.

The front entry step is optional and can be fitted based on your cat's size and needs. It attaches to the designated mount at the front of the unit for easier access.

Once your cat leaves, the S12 waits for the litter to clump, then rotates the chamber to separate waste and drop it into the sealed drawer below — levelling the litter bed on the way back.

Yes. Hold the "Clean" button for five seconds to switch to Manual Mode, which gives you full control over when a cycle runs.

No. The S12 is designed for cats six months or older weighing at least 3 lb (1.36 kg). For kittens, manual cleaning is recommended until they are bigger.

Yes. The open, spacious design suits multi-cat homes, and the unit cleans after every visit so the bed is fresh for the next cat. We recommend up to four cats per unit.

No. Infrared sensors, a weight-sensing floor and a touch-activated pedal all pause the cycle when your cat approaches or enters. The cycle only resumes once your cat has left.

Empty the waste container every five to seven days. For best hygiene, give the container a proper clean roughly every 15 days to prevent odours building up.

The S12 works best with clumping litter made from mineral or bentonite clay. Avoid long-strip tofu litter and crystal litter — they are not compatible with the cleaning mechanism.

Remove the litter bed, rinse the chamber and bed with water, and use a brush for a thorough clean. Make sure everything is completely dry before reassembling.

No. Avoid solvents and harsh chemicals. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth, and keep the infrared sensors free of dust so they read accurately.
