Who we are
A small company with a narrow focus.
Global Swanky LLC is a consumer-products company registered in WY, United States. We run a handful of focused storefronts rather than one enormous catalogue, because a narrow range is the only way to know a product well enough to support it properly.
SmartCat is our pet-technology line. Right now it is one machine — the SmartCat S12 — shipped directly to customers across the United States.
We are not the biggest name in this category, and we do not pretend to be. What we can offer is a product we have chosen carefully, a price that is not padded to fund a marketing budget, and a support address that reaches an actual person.

What we will not claim.
An automatic litter box is a machine with a motor, used around an animal. We build in four layers of protection and we test them, but we will not tell you the risk is zero — no honest manufacturer can.
We also will not tell you every cat adapts. Most do, some quickly and some over a fortnight, and a few never take to an automatic box at all. We would rather say that here, before you buy, than leave you to discover it afterwards.
